For me, just over $16.
I seriously considered not confessing my fall of the band wagon, but what would be the point of sharing only some of my secrets on this blog. Why not put it all out there?
At the beginning of the year, I had the best intentions. And, I still do. But, holy cow this has been the strangest and most stressful work week that I’ve had in a very long time.
Then Friday night came, I was hungry, I didn’t feel like eating healthy, and so I headed for the grocery store. I have a go-to “stress out meal”…let’s be honest…calling it a meal is a bit of a stretch. I also haven’t been that great staying away from the foods I’d “given up” for 2013.
I haven’t thrown in the towel on getting healthy in 2013…I’m just have difficulties getting started. It WILL happen…it MUST happen…I definitely WANT it.
Don’t Judge…Please
So, I’m going to share a photo of my “stress out meal”, but I’m begging to not be judged. Food is definitely my Achilles heel. But, there is some good news…I didn’t eat it all…I didn’t even open the chips.
Yep…Little Cheddar Smokies, Ruffles, French Onion Dip, Pepsi, and cupcakes. Like I begged above…I’m hoping for compassion or empathy…not judgment. 😉
I Can’t Be The Only One…Can I?
Do you have a “stress out meal”? Are you brave enough to share?
